5 ‘must see’ places in Kenya that you should never miss during a trip

If you plan to take a trip to Kenya, you must visit the following places of interest. Try not to miss any of the following five destinations, or you might not get a second chance to quench your thirst as a curious visitor.

1. Maasai Mara National Park

It is the most important game reserve in Kenya and perhaps in the world. Masai Mara boasts of preserving almost 450 species of flora and fauna that all visitors admire. The best time to visit here is from July to September. You can experience the “great migration” of the wildebeest and feel lucky to record rare moments of lion hunting. This trip is a photographer’s delight. A period of ‘2 nights and 3 days’ is enough to cover the precious assets of wild Kenya, including a Maasai village.

two. Mombasa

It happens to be the cultural and business center of East Africa. Trading with South Asia and the Arab world for centuries, Mombasa proudly displays its cultural heritage in the form of forts and museums. You will also be ecstatic to discover the wide range of activities on the beach. Whether it’s a jet ski, jet ski or scuba diving activity, you will feel that this trip is worth the money spent. The 3 day trip is enough to cover glimpses of Mombasa.

3. Mount Kenya

If you are fond of mountaineering and enjoy those amazing natural views, you should never miss a trip to Mount Kenya. The trekking tour starts at Nanyuki, foothills of Mount Kenya. Plan your stay at Treetop Hotel, an accommodation made of wooden planks; you will feel proud as you imagine the history of it where Queen Elizabeth once visited.

Four. Nakuru National Park

Nakuru National Park is an enchanting wildlife reserve that is spread over a few acres of land and is home to some of Kenya’s most popular species. Don’t miss the big 5: elephant, lion, leopard, rhino and buffalo. The abundance of a type of migratory bird called ‘Flamingo’ occurs from the end of September and continues until January. You will be speechless when you see the thousands of pink flamingos on the blue background.

5. Amboseli National Park

This game drive is famous as you might get a clear view of the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa. Amboseli boasts of having the largest collection of elephants and is also home to an elephant research center. The dazzling view of the sunset will leave you bewildered, and his photographic adventure will look nothing less than a painter’s delight.

There is no pleasure compared to exploring the unknown and discovering the distant culture. Africa has a glut of natural wonders and will continue to be the first choice for visitors.
