The armor in Diablo 2 that lets you go anywhere – Enigma Runeword

Enigma is considered the king of all armor in PvP (player versus player) game. It requires an extremely rare (Jah) Rune to make, but offers all non-Sorceress characters to use the most prized of PvP Skills: Teleporting. It’s a crucial skill for many PvP builds, but especially for paladins who use the Blessed Hammer skill as their main attack (commonly known as Hammerdins). Paladins using the Smite Skill (commonly known as Smiters) also find Enigma attractive armor, due to the +2 to All Skills.

+2 to all abilities

Only 2 runic words that are used in Body Armor have +2 on all abilities and that is Chains of Honor and Enigma.

+2 to all abilities is an attractive mod for both casters and melee characters, but is arguably the most useful for paladins who use the punishment ability for their main attack, due to the fact that Puppet are just two ways a puncher can increase the damage done by his Punish abilities: + Damage Modifier (numerical value), or by a + To All Abilities modifier. + To all Skills Modifiers add more levels to the following Paladin Skills, which are used by Smiters to increase their damage potential: Punishment, Holy Shield, and Zealotry Aura. So it’s no wonder that items with the + A skill modifier all appeal to Smiters.

+ 45% run / walk faster

An essential mod for PvP game, as it allows your character to run and walk faster.

+1 TB Teleport

This is the Enigma Runeword superstar mod.

Teleporting is an ability in the Sorceress Lightning Spells skill tree. It allows the user to teleport anywhere within their immediate vicinity. It can be used to escape tough monsters, to go through a level at a very fast pace.

It’s obvious why this ability is so useful for Diablo 2 players participating in PvP – you can surprise your opponent by teleporting directly onto him and unleashing your fiercest attacks and annihilating them in seconds.

Nowhere is this more evident than with Hammerdins.

Paladins using the Blessed Hammer ability also typically have two other abilities maxed out: Blessed Aim and Vigor, which are synergistic abilities for Blessed Hammer, and increase Blessed Hammer’s damage to incredible figures. Add to that the fact that no one is immune to magic damage from hammers (except for one monster in the entire game), and it has a very powerful build for both PvM (Players vs. Monsters) and PvP.

However, with Hammerdins, they have to aim correctly with their hammers. If they make even a small mistake, the Hammers’ bow could miss its mark, leaving the Hammerdin vulnerable to a counterattack. This is difficult when you are covering the distance to your intended goal.

However, with the ability to teleport, they can simply teleport into space over their target (not directly on top, but at an optimized distance based on the arc of the hammers) and unleash their hammers, which will decimate their opponent in one. or two hits.

Damage reduced by 8%

Many players try to put on at least one item that has% resistance to physical damage, for the very good reason that it reduces damage taken from successful attacks.

+14 to life after each kill

This mod is very good for characters who can kill a lot of monsters in a short period of time. The aforementioned Hammerdin excels at this and therefore benefits greatly from this mod.

+ (1 per character level) + 1-99% more chance of obtaining magic items (depending on character level)

In addition to all the awesome mods mentioned above, Enigma also comes with a level-dependent bonus for MF, making it not only good for PvP, but also for MF Runs.

Resume:

Any gamer who is serious about their PvP game will want to invest in this armor. While it may require a very expensive rune, Jah, the ability to teleport is well worth it. Obviously sorceresses may not find it that useful, but the extra health after each kill and the faster run / walk boost can also make this an attractive armor for them. Smiters who participate in PvP can also enjoy Enigma, for the +2 to All Skills, but if they prefer the PvM game, they generally choose Call to Honor, due to the incredible stamina increases that Runeword offers.
