• Paper: Standard letter size 28 LB white paper (8.5 x 11) is used to print these banners. It is up to the customer to decide if both sides should be left printable or if one side of the sheet should have a lock.

• Space – If standard letter size paper (8.5 x 11) is used for instant packet printing, it should be understood that the available print space is 7.5 x 10.5 inches. This is because a certain amount of space must be reserved on the paper for each piece of mail to peel off the edges when the customer needs to read it.

• Template: The content template should be designed to fit within the available print space and the content does not peel off the edges. During instant packet printing, one must realize that it is possible to have information printed on both sides of the paper and if any graphics are to be printed it must be at least 300 dpi.

• Fold Options – The last stage of instant pack printing is the way the printed paper is folded, punched and glued along the edges. There are three folding options, namely C-fold, Z-fold and half fold.
