Sinus Pressure – A Quick Cure – Step One
Among the various sinus ailments afflicting modern society, sinus pressure could be one of the most common as it is linked to other related sinus afflictions. However, as this article will try to show, it is avoidable in many cases, at least to a substantial extent. But before trying to do that, I must mention my credentials: I am a former sinus pressure patient who for many years struggled with sinus pressure along with other sinus problems such as: sinus infections, congestion, pain head, excessive drainage. However, I was able to find an effective cure with the help of my Creator. For more than two years I have been cured and I intend to continue being so. This is how I did it:
The eclectic approach – combination of healing systems
Many are willing to acknowledge that medicine alone does not have the silver bullet to prevent and cure suffering from health problems. Some have chosen to believe that a combination of healing systems used in a harmonious way has more potential to cure some diseases than relying on a single system to find the total solution. Hence my “adventure” a few years ago using this eclectic approach on an unscientific basis to try to cure my sinus problems. The results were very gratifying.
Nutrition as a first step
Frankly, what we eat has more to do with our sinuses than most of us realize. For several years he had read, for example. the deleterious effect of significant amounts of certain foods. For this reason, one of the first things I did to alleviate my sinus problems was to substantially reduce the number of them. I was surprised by the results a few days later. I still had some sinus problems, but they had subsided considerably just with this nutritional change. Of course, when we talk about some of these foods, we must realize the ubiquitous quality of this food product.
From cold breakfast cereals to baked beans, some of its ingredients wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the sheer quantity of some foods. Of course, we cannot stop consuming common foods because they contain some of these ingredients, but we can devise some simple strategies so that the accumulated effect is not harmful. For example, if I eat baked beans, which as noted contain a substantial amount of an undesirable ingredient like high fructose corn syrup, and I drink something that has this ingredient, and then finish the meal with ice cream or chocolate cake German as a dessert that contains high fructose corn syrup as well, then the cumulative effect can be quite powerful and the sinuses will let us know without hesitation.
The results of modern research have left little doubt about the effect of significant amounts of some foods not only on the sinuses, but also on a person’s overall health. Space limitations do not allow authoritative statements to be cited in this regard, from public health officials to physicians. All conclude that the indiscriminate use of sugar is responsible for many health problems and that most people do not hear or are aware of this fact.
From my perspective, the best way to treat certain ailments is to use a combination of healing systems. Today I am free of sinus problems and I enjoy life much more. One of the first steps I took, to substantially reduce sugar, did wonders for my sinuses. There is no doubt in the minds of nutritionists and medical scientists that some foods, when used in significant amounts, have an undesirable effect on human health. When it comes to curing or preventing sinus problems, these foods are a powerful negative to consider.
