These team motivation tips are very simple and easy to start implementing soon!

Lead by example

This is the first tip I learned, you must do what you ask your group members to do.

If you want them to take action and start getting results, then be the person who is doing exactly what you ask of them.

Show and tell, let them see you taking action and tell them to do it.

This is also a great way to help them learn the skills they need in this business.

For example, the best way for them to learn to make 3-way calls is to have them participate in 3-way calls.

When they see you as someone who gets results, who is always taking action, they will start to do the same.

Recognition

Your team members will do more to be recognized than to get paid. Start recognizing team members who are taking action. Say hello to your new members, acknowledge those who are enrolling other people.

Recognition can be done on your team forum, such as a Facebook group, or during a team conference call, it could be at any event.

People love to be recognized, both young and strong, so start recognizing your team and watch as they are encouraged to do more. Others will also be motivated to act.

Contest

Organize contests within your team. This will motivate them to start taking action and producing results. You can be creative with your contest prizes. It could be dinner with you in a nice restaurant.

Announce the contest at the start and you can include a criteria (only those who have the tickets for your next event), which will also get more teammates to attend the events.

When you employ any or all of these 3 tips, you will inspire and motivate your team members.
