  6. The reviewer has not reviewed any other businesses in the past.

  7. There is no real picture on the profile.

It is not easy to remove consumer complaints or fake Google or other review. If you find negative content and reviews about your business from your dissatisfied genuine customers, the best thing you can do is address their problem, try to solve it, improve customer service and promote your positive content on different channels like social media. When you can’t remove a negative review or complaint, you can try other strategies. You can work to improve your social media presence, participate in forum discussions, be active on review sites, and regularly share positive content. A single negative review is enough to destroy the other 10 good reviews, so always try to get good feedback from your customers so that it can help you push the negative one down on the search engine results page.
