Choose happiness, not lifelong grievance

How can you be happy after having experienced an unwanted and unbearable grievance? How can you return to a healthy and happy state of peace? You can! Follow these seven key solutions:

1- Happiness is a choice

“Happiness is a choice. You grieve, you stomp,

you get up and choose to be happy”.

~Lucy Lawless

A wrong that happens tugs at his heart and his mind. It can strain your own being. It adds confusion, a lack of clarity, and often a feeling of hopelessness. As you begin your healing journey to reconcile your grievance, it’s okay to stomp your feet. Get angry and experience deep pain simultaneously in your grief. However, there is a moment in your unique and very personal journey when you must recognize the need to choose to seek solutions to find happiness and peace.

“Life is now. There never was a time when your life was not now, nor will there ever be.”

~Eckhart Tolle

His cause of mourning has upset his happy apple cart. However, your time to choose is now. Choose to find ways to be happy again.

2- sixteen the day

In times of significant grievances, it is a fundamental moment not to delay in seeking happy solutions.

“Seize The Day” (Carpe Diem) is sometimes interpreted as an invitation to the party irresponsibly, with no regard for the consequences. My interpretation of Carpe Diem is to seize the day in the sense of honoring the importance and sanctity of each day that we live. It’s so easy to put off the important parts of life until another day. But don’t do that… Do something truly important Today. Make today count. Today – every Today – is the most important day of your life. You have to experiment to find out what works.”

~Andrew Weill

Seeking and searching for happy solutions is the most important action you can take.

3- Does your heart point in the right direction?

“Everyone should carefully observe which way their heart is drawn to, and then choose that path with all their might.”

~ Hasidic Proverb

Can you seek to enjoy each day and live your life to the fullest? Can you find the joy of being alive? Can you let your heart turn to the happy moments and find ways to make the most of what you have?

4- Do not be shy

Pushy, assertive, determined, steadfast, and resolute are all emotions to exercise on your healing journey.

“Don’t be too timid and apprehensive about your actions.

All life is an experiment. The more experiences you do, the better. What if they are a little rough and you might get dirty or tear the coat? What if you miss and end up rolling on the ground once or twice? Get up again, you will never be so afraid of a fall.”

~Ralph Waldo Emerson

Up again is the key phrase. Please try again to experience more happiness.

5- Write and direct the music of your own life

“Be the melody in the symphony of your life. Write the melody and the lyrics. Be the soloist and the conductor.”

~Jonathan Lockwood Huie

You can, if you wish, be both the captain of your attitude and the master of your destiny.

“How different our lives are when we really know what is deeply important to us, and with that image in mind, we manage each day to be and do what really matters.”

~ Stephen R. Covey

Imagine your own unique afterlife filled with your own upbeat music. Focus on what really matters and is of most importance.

6- Don’t Let Your Tort Experience Take You Permanently Out Of Your Nest Of Comfort

A grieving experience can make you feel like a robin pulled from its nest before it can fly.

“To be fully alive, fully human, and fully awake

will continually be thrown out of the nest.”

~Pema Chodrón

Life happens. Every experience is personal, but deciding what to do about being thrown out of your unique comfort zone is the key.

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that.”

Because what the world needs is people who have come to life.”

~Howard Thurman

Take the challenge to revive after grief and loss. Realize that you cannot experience being human without pain. How you handle your grief is a key question. Not allowing your grievance and loss to throw you permanently overboard into a sea of unhappiness and hopelessness is a far more important key. Doing so can unlock depressed happiness so you can stop grieving and start healing.

7- Take advantage of all opportunities and possibilities

At all times, embrace all available positive social media, technology, the internet, and all other essential and beneficial resource solutions. Overcoming despair, grievance, and loss should be your top priority. Stopping grieving, beginning to heal pain, loss, and sadness, and finding hope and joy is vital to experiencing lasting peace and happiness.
