Twilight: Best Movie Review

Twilight

Love couldn’t be more complicated than a girl falling for a vampire who craves her blood. Based on the best-selling novel by Stephanie Mayer, Twilight isn’t just a love story; is a twisted tale of beauty and the beast re-educated.

Bella Swan moved to Washington with her father and became the ‘shiny toy’ that all men want except one, but he is no ordinary boy. Disguised as a 17-year-old, Edward Cullen is the vampire next door who tries not to be the bloodsucking monster by adopting vegetarianism, that is, feeding on animal blood. The story deals with Bella’s lack of self-preservation and Edward’s masochism. This story of forbidden love takes a new turn when the not-so-good sadistic vampire James walks in and vows to kill Bella.

In the film, Bella was played by Kristen Stewart, star of many top 10 movies, and British actor Robert Pattinson, who became the on-screen vampire. Pattinson, who also had a small role in one of the Harry Potter movies, did not live up to the hype. With the same expression, he stood up and looked pretty. Stewart was no different on screen; It’s safe to say that the two suited each other. As for the other characters, Billy Burke, star of many blockbuster movies, who brought to the audience the character of Bella’s father, Chief Swan, did a commendable job. Peter Facinelli and Taylor Lautner were also appreciated for their roles in the film as Dr. Carlisle Cullen and Jacob Black, respectively. However, the movie, soon to be among the top movies, is a huge hit among teenagers who are in awe of the magic of forbidden love. Stephanie Mayer gets all the credit for the film’s success because it’s only the story that stands out to young people, rational or not. There’s definitely some action: a fight scene between James and Edward, accidents and tree climbing, and a fascinating ball game. Only the ball of thunder is worth watching in Twilight, aside from Robert Pattinson, of course.

The music, as in all top-rated movies, in the film is another factor that hooks the audience. From The Black Ghosts’ “Full Moon,” which they’ve scored for some of the best movies, to Iron and Wine’s romantic prom number “Flightless Bird, American Mouth,” it keeps the flow of the film going. Musical actor Robert Pattinson compiled and sang “Never Think” for the film. Bella’s lullaby, which was also a dominant point in the book, is a soft melody that touches everyone’s hearts.

Despite the acceptable performance of the actors, Summit Entertainment, creators of some of the 10 best films, grossed US$384.9 million worldwide, of which US$35.7 million accumulated on the first day of the opening on November 21, 2009. Directed by Catherine Hardwicke, who has directed many of the best movies, Twilight might have received a mixed response from critics, but it managed to impress fans. The most anticipated film was not as witty and absorbing as the novel, but it managed to conquer the hearts of young people. Goofs and teen jokes aside, soon to be one of the highest-rated movies, Twilight is a must-watch for those who can get over teen drama.
