How to Prepare Seaweed (Bladder Wreck) in 3 Ways and Relieve Inflammation

Mother nature gives us many earthly treasures to live a long and healthy life without pain or disease. Seaweed is your gift from the sea. This family of foods offers countless benefits to help the body fight aging and disease. It is not surprising, since our blood has almost the same composition as sea water. A member of the kelp family, bladder kelp (kelp), can be used in food to reduce inflammation in the body. Here are some gallbladder facts and benefits. In addition, I share three recipes that use bladder claw and other healthy ingredients, especially for people of blood group O.

Facts about algae

  • It contains dozens and dozens of minerals and trace elements in living plant tissue.
  • The food family provides the greatest protection against radiation and environmental pollutants.
  • Detoxifies the body by making the seaweed wrap a popular spa treatment.
  • It contains fucoidan, a polysaccharide that is believed to have anticancer activity.
  • It offers a high content of vitamins A and C, calcium, potassium and amino acids.
  • It has fluoride when raw or dry. Fluoride strengthens the body’s defenses and strengthens teeth and bones.

The benefits of Bladder Wrack

  • Counteracts the hyperactivity of the type O digestive tract, reducing the potential for ulcers.
  • It contains fucose, the basic building block sugar for blood group O antigen. Fucose protects the intestinal lining of the stomach, preventing ulcer-causing bacteria from sticking to the intestinal walls.
  • It helps control weight. Fucose regulates the metabolic rate of types O. (Note: bladder wrap is an effective weight loss aid only for people with type O diabetes).
  • It contains 100 to 500 times the amount of iodine found in shellfish. Iodine regulates the thyroid gland and is the component of two main thyroid hormones, T3 (triiodothyronine) and T4 (thyroxine).
  • Contains 4 times the amount of iron found in beef

SPINACH SALAD

A colorful salad is a great way to take advantage of the live enzymes found in raw foods. Cauliflower eaten raw or dried will provide the most effective form of ingredients, including fucoidan. This salad is loaded with ingredients highly beneficial for Type O diets. Spinach, red onions, and parsley act as medications for most blood-type diets. This salad is dressed with olive oil, effective in reducing heart disease and cancer.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1/4 clove garlic minced

1 1/2 cups spinach, rinsed, stems removed

1 red onion, sliced

Chopped fresh parsley

Cayenne Pepper and Sea Salt Seasoned to taste.

  1. Make the dressing: Combine the bladder kidney, olive oil, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and sea salt, let steep for about 20 minutes. This will allow the crisp-textured bladder kidney to soften and become chewy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to a salad bowl.
  3. Add the dressing to the salad greens and toss with the dressing until well coated.
  4. Top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

PEPPER SANDWICHES

Rich red peppers are an excellent source of vitamin A and C and the mineral potassium. Vitamin A, a great immune system booster, can also counteract the effects of carcinogens in first- and second-hand smoke. Red bell peppers contain beta-cryoptoxanthin, a carotenoid that can reduce the risk of developing lung cancer. Hot spices, cayenne pepper, and turmeric soothe the digestive tract.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey

1 1/2 tablespoons bladder kidney

5 red bell peppers, halved and seeded.

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Spanish onion, sliced

3 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons of paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon thyme

2-3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 of water

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and seasonings.
  3. Brown the turkey over medium-high heat, breaking the turkey into smaller pieces until the turkey is no longer pink.
  4. Add the fanny pack, soy sauce, and water and return to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until liquid is cooked.
  6. Remove turkey from skillet and set aside.
  7. Add more olive oil and onions to the hot skillet. Sauté the onions for about 2 minutes.
  8. Add the soy sauce and water and cook until the onions are tender.
  9. Make the sandwich: Add the turkey sausage and onion to the bell pepper halves. Top with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately

BLACK EYED PEAS

For type O, beans are discouraged because, in general, they inhibit the metabolism of important nutrients found in meat. They also tend to make muscle tissue a bit less acidic, a problem for type O. However, there are three beans that are very beneficial for type O to counteract typically high stomach acid levels. Pinto beans, adzuki beans, and black-eyed peas strengthen the digestive tract and promote healing of ulcerations. This bowl of black-eyed peas is the perfect occasional side dish for O-types when eaten in moderation.

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 white onion, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

2 cups of water

1/2 pound black-eyed peas

2 teaspoons of sea salt

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

2 teaspoons of paprika

2 tablespoons bladder kidney

2 tablespoons soy sauce

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté the onions until they turn slightly transparent.
  3. Add the garlic and continue to skip for 1-2 minutes being careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Add water, beans, and the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring the beans to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
  6. Simmer until tender, about 2 hours, adding more water to keep beans lightly covered.

I love creating tasty gluten-free recipes that also fight age and disease. Seaweed contains so many components to achieve this. Bladder algae, found at my local health food store, is now an important part of my diet. I eat it raw and dry as often as possible to take advantage of its anti-inflammatory properties. I hope these three recipes help you experience the same benefits and taste!
