How to increase breast size without surgery

Oh well, who doesn’t want beautiful breasts? But don’t confuse the term beauty with size. In my personal experience consisting of several photos and videos of different models, I like well-shaped breasts, not bigger ones. As I have recently observed, more women than ever are choosing the option of surgery or breast implants. In the last year there were approx. 300,000 implanted breasts in the US alone and I really don’t understand why women are becoming more body conscious than attitude conscious. It is the attitude that drives a person towards you or away from you. The charm of physical beauty will not last if it is mixed with an accusing attitude, irrationality and lack of understanding with your partner. What a partner wants is understanding and peace in a relationship. And if it also acquires a touch of beauty then it will obviously increase the attachment. But beauty can only increase attachment, it cannot create attachment. Only one person can create attachment by her attitude and responses. Well, this is the advice part. Now back on topic, here are some simple ones I’m going to try for myself starting tomorrow.

1. Well, the first exercise should be the easiest. Jump rope without wearing a bra, just wear a t-shirt. Start by doing half an hour a day and watch the miracle happen in a week.

2. There’s another, if you’re too lazy to jump rope (like me), you can do it sitting down during your favorite morning TV show. Take weights in your hands, I usually prefer to take two heavy pots and start by raising your hands above your head and slowly bending your elbows and stopping when the pots are level with your cheeks. As you lower your hands, feel as if you are filling your lungs with ears to their fullest limit and exhale when your hands are level with your cheeks. Now raise your hands as you push the weight up and repeat the above. Do it 10 times a day and 3 times a week again without wearing a bra. The difference will be seen in a week.

3. Now, the important part is that you take any of your bras as a standard measurement because you can’t measure the beauty or firmness of breasts through an inch tape or simply by touch. So wear any plain cotton bra in which your breasts look average or normal and take a picture of them before starting any of the above courses. Now take another photo in the same bra after a week and compare them. If you see any difference, it means that the strategy is working for you. (You can also do it braless by comparing nude breast snapshots.)
