Dangers of cooking with soybean oil (vegetable oil)

I had no idea how bad soybean oil (commonly called “vegetable oil”) and soybean “curd” (commonly called “tofu”) were for us until recently, when I was reading the book called “Young Again! How to Reverse the Aging Process”. by John Thomas.

What I read was amazing… that soybean oil contains toxic biochemicals called “PHG” and PHG:

  • Slows down blood circulation
  • Causes blood clotting.
  • Negatively affects the central and peripheral nervous system.
  • Alters hormonal activity
  • Slows down the function of vital organs
  • interferes with digestion
  • May cause memory loss

Also, according to John Thomas, PHG kills rats and is poisonous to everyone.

John says that soybeans are a toxic plant and that insects rarely go near soybean plants…and that soybeans release large amounts of free radicals into our bodies when eaten.

After further research, I also read that soybean oil depresses the thyroid, which slows metabolism…and can make us fatter in the long run.

Soybean oil is practically inescapable these days. Restaurants and many foods in supermarkets now use soybean oil in their products, which could explain why many children are much fatter these days than ever before. When I think back to my early days, I can remember maybe 1 or 2 kids that were fat. It was not common. Nowadays, many children are heavy. Lots of people blame it on new technology…kids are so busy with computers etc…which is true…but there are other kids who are active and still look bigger than they used to be. . Could it be the soybean oil in our food that is creating so much obesity?
